Service Description

Come join us after work for a total body workout with a cardio flair! This class will utilize a mobility-focused warm up AND cooldown so you can get your stretch on, and reserves the right to incorporate an element of fun and the occasional game.

Cancellation Policy

We are have a 12 hour late cancelation policy for group fitness classes and private training sessions. At the 12 hour mark, the client is responsible for the full price of the class, and if the class is prepaid, no refund will be issued.
