Founder, Kim Holman
Kim is a Certified Personal Trainer and a USABoxing certified coach. She's helped many individuals find a love of movement and meet their own unique strength, conditioning, rehab, and athletic performance goals—from boxers looking to develop strength plans to aid their fight camps, to new moms looking to reconnect to core strength.
As someone that recently underwent a major hip surgery, she's a huge proponent of pre-hab, rehab, and injury recovery, and also holds a Corrective Exercise speciality designation.
Splitting her time between the very connected worlds of physical training and dance, Kim also has a nearly 15 year career of making work for stage in Boston. She directs Luminarium Dance, and holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts (Performance Creation) from Goddard College, a BA in Dance & Theatre from Mount Holyoke.
As a trainer and choreographer, Kim strives to give moving bodies the tools to expand their movement practice.
